Efficient and easy going staff and amazing breakfast.
Excellent home base for one night in Sydney. Stocked twin room with views of the city. Perfectly comfortable location, to attend plenty of restaurants in area. And just next door to King Street and the RPA, RPA and shops and Newtown and bus station. Comfortable bar area.

The comfortable, large beds and generous sized rooms as well as the excellent location of the hotel.
There were a few "hidden"' charges of which I would have appreciated advance warning such as the surcharge on credit cards. Perhaps this could have been indicated at the time of booking.

It was clean, well-appointed, and had everything I needed for a short stay. The database indicated great amenities, and I found the pleasing aspect of the room to exceed my expectations—although the actual decor differed slightly from the photos advertised.
One minor issue I encountered was the Wi-Fi speed, which was a bit slower than I hoped for.

Proximity to our social function, secure (if difficult access) parking
Hotel is very tired, in-room cabinetry is very limited and hopelessly out of date. parking underneath is very difficult to navigate. Breakfast was very average -- Overall cost was very high for the standard of room/hotel.

We had appointments at the RPA so it was very convenient. The dining room was pleasant and we were able to get a good, reasonably priced meal.

the room - much better than I expected. Service was great as was the dining room.
would have liked a jug or kettle in the room. Difficult to make a decent cup of tea in the microwave

I had a lovely city break here! The location was super convenient, making it easy to get to local attractions and dining spots. I appreciated the cleanliness of the room, plus the staff were really friendly and helped us with an early check-in. It was a real lifesaver after a long journey with kids!
. The lack of breakfast options was a bummer, and we were misinformed about room preferences at check-in. the common areas could use a bit of extra attention. it was a good stay, but some improvements would definitely enhance the experience!

The location was good as we attended a concert at the Enmore Theatre, within walking distance of hotel.
A bit tired looking, could do with a freshen up, coat of paint, new carpeting / flooring

Cutting through the noise
A fantastic family-friendly spot! The staff was accommodating to our requests, whether it was using the microwave or getting extra towels. Plus, the location was a big win with a bus stop right outside, and easy walking access to cafes. I'd certainly recommend it for a comfortable stay!

The young girl when we arrived on Sunday around 12pm - forget her name - was excellent, very friendly, smart, helpful. Another girl there around 2pm. was unprofessional, too laid back, did not look presentable and smart like the first girl.
Passages were not very clean. General appearance needs a quote of fresh paint.

I had a great experience with spacious, well-kept rooms for the price I paid, and the outdoor swimming pool was a nice bonus. The location is fantastic, with a bus stop right outside and plenty of cafes and restaurants just a short walk away, plus the staff was really friendly and helpful.
Breakfast items could include more variety to enhance the experience.

Nice large room
noisy air-conditioning or fans (not in my room). Dining area and bar lacks light. A depressing space day and night. Breakfast very poor. Worst tasting eggs. Stale croissants.
