A fantastic family-friendly spot! The staff was exceptionally accommodating to our requests, whether it was using the microwave or getting extra towels. Plus, the location was a big win with a bus stop right outside, and easy walking access to cafes. I’d certainly recommend it for a comfortable stay!

Comfortable stay with a nice spacious room, but no cooling system available.

We had a fantastic group vacation! The hotel was a solid base for exploring all sorts of places. During our time, we checked out Allianz Stadium and The Enmore Theatre, and enjoyed the easy access to public transport. Our spacious room was comfy, and we loved the meals at the buffet, totally worth it.

I was disappointed when they mistakenly overbooked us, creating some confusion during check-in. It left a sour note, especially given the hassle of being charged again until our initial payment processed.

Request extra coffee supplies for your room during your stay. it can make mornings much easier.

i previously stayed in a different hotel in sydney, but this stay was exceptional. the location was perfect for strolls, close to cafes and restaurants. The staff were friendly and helpful. i loved the spacious room with a comfortable bed and tasty buffet breakfast.

Great location with easy access to the city and nearby attractions. The breakfast spread was impressive, offering a delightful variety. Unfortunately, the cleaning service fell short, with dishes not properly cleaned and vacuuming overlooked during my stay. WiFi connectivity issues were also a significant frustration that hindered the overall experience.

I had a wonderful stay in a spacious Superior Queen Room, where the bed was incredibly comfortable and the cleanliness was top-notch. The location was convenient, allowing easy access to nearby hospitals and public transport. However, I was disappointed with the Wi-Fi, which was quite unstable during my visit.
